getCanvasByAppName :: String -> Effect (Maybe Canvas)

Wrapper for getElementById which returns a Canvas.

getElementById from Web.DOM.NonElementParentNode, which returns a Web.DOM.Element.Element, is different from getCanvasElementById from Graphics.Canvas, which returns a Graphics.Canvas.CanvasElement, so they're unfortunately incompatible.
